How to Add a New User in Zimbra Administration

Instructions

  1. Open the Zimbra Admin web client. This is usually held in port 7071 of the normal mail URL.

    mail.example.com:7071/zimbraAdmin/
  2. On the left hand side, select Manage → Accounts.

  3. In the top right corner, select the Gear icon and select New.

  4. A New Account window will appear. Enter all the desired information and a password for the new account here and select Finish when you are done.
