1. Search your email for the Domain Verification email and use the link to approve your domain information. Your domain will automatically return to a functional state within an hour of your validation.

2. If you can’t find the email, or if the link is expired, or you can’t access email because your domain is not functional, then use this link to open a ticket: https://ossds.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/53/create/10062 and ask us to resend your verification email.

3. If you successfully verified your domain shortly after purchase or transfer in, then use this link to open a ticket: https://ossds.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/46/create/10073

Summary:

When you purchase or transfer in a domain name, an automated email will be sent to you. You must validate your domain by using the embedded approve link. This must be done within a few days or your domain will become unusable.
